We got off to a flying start in the first leg only to be clawed back level by a consistent West Mids team. First and foremost we needed the win but a good scoreline was also imperative and we showed great character by taking 11 of the last 14 frames.
Caz Bowkett and myself both continued our impressive start to the season by winning 4 frames out of 4. Chris Kirk and Teresa Blair bagged 3 from 4 and the rest of the squad made valuable contributions to get us over the winning line.
