The new season doesn't start until next week, with the singles 1st round arranged for 25th April. But as we had a free week and 4 other singles matches on my home table at the Lady Jane on 25th, I rearranged my singles match for last night.
It was a bit of a personal disaster for me, I couldn't seem to get my head in gear, and with my oponent potting well, I went down 3-1. Bit of a calamitous start to the season really!
The worst thing was the more practise I had later on the less I was missing! Typical!!! Oh well, there's always next season!
I have my first Top Blokes match this Sunday so better sort myself out for that!
